Shipping policy
Stellar Gift Studio strives for a 5 -7 business day processing time on all orders. We offer a variety of different shipping methods for affordability and convenience. Please see below our delivery options:
- PUDO Locker to Locker Delivery R80 3-5 business days
- Courier Guy Standard Delivery R120. Delivery within 3-4 business days.
Please note that should you opt to use PUDO Locker to Locker delivery and fail to collect your parcel within the allocated time, we Stellar Gift Studio are NOT responsible for the arrangement of another delivery method. That will then be up to you, the customer.
Once your order has been processed and your parcel has been shipped, we will notify you on the status of your order and provide you with a tracking number so that you can trace your order.
