In order to maintain a high level of service we will no longer be accepting AI generated content for print. Should you  upload an ai generated image, we will print the image AS IS. No changes, no removal of backgrounds, NO COMEBACKS will be tolerated.

What is your lead time?

Our average lead time is 5 - 10 working days. If items are in stock we may have them sent off sooner. 

Rush orders (1-3 days) will incur a 50% surcharge. Contact us for more information on this. 

Note these times exclude delivery times. 

What courier options do you offer?

We offer the following: 

  • The Courier Guy - R180 
  • Fastway Couriers - R150
  • Locker to Locker Delivery - R120

Please note that orders with delivery addresses in outlying areas or townships may be delivered to the nearest courier locker to avoid additional courier surcharges. Stellar Gift Studio accepts no liability for any additional courier fees incurred due to the delivery location.

Will I receive a mockup before print?

Unfortunately, we cannot send a mockup with every order especially during peak gifting seasons. 

Should you require a mockup before hand, please submit a request in the checkout notes.
